Roy serves as our Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for leading the development and execution of the Firm’s long term strategy with a view to creating both client and partner value. Mr. Bernhard leads all business aspects for the firm including client services, technology, and operational processes.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bernhard held executive positions at Workopolis, Spin Master Toys and publicly traded BetCorp Ltd. His experience brings stability and concrete direction in growing multi-million and billion dollar organizations. Mr. Bernhard also served as a consultant at Deloitte and Touche, TD/Canada Trust, and Bell. He is an accomplished speaker and was featured on the cover of CIO Magazine in June 2006. Mr. Bernhard attended the University of Western Ontario for his Bachelor of Computer Science.
